The "UE" code stands for Unbalanced Error. In top-load LG washers, this frequently means the suspension rods (springs) have worn out. In front-loaders, it could be worn shock absorbers. If the tub bounces too much, the machine stops to prevent damage. We replace the suspension components to restore balance.

An "OE" code means the water isn't draining fast enough. While a burned-out drain pump is possible, it is very often just a clogged pump filter (coin trap) located at the bottom front of the machine. We clear blockages from the filter and hoses, and test the pump motor to ensure it is fully functional.

A roaring or airplane-like noise that gets louder as the spin speed increases almost always points to worn-out tub bearings. Over time, water can seep past the inner tub seal and rust the bearings. We can disassemble the tub to replace the bearings and the water seal, restoring quiet operation.

LG washers use a Direct Drive motor system. An "LE" (Locked Motor) error usually means the Hall Sensor (which tracks motor speed and position) has failed, or there is a break in the wiring harness. We test the Hall Sensor, the stator, and the rotor to pinpoint why the motor is unresponsive.

Water pooling inside the rubber door boot gasket is the primary cause of mold in front-load washers. If the drain holes in the gasket are clogged, stagnant water sits there after every cycle. If standard cleaning doesn't work, we replace the heavily stained door boot seal to eliminate the odor permanently.
