In Samsung gas ranges, the most common cause is a weak or failing bake igniter. Even if you see the igniter glowing red or orange, it might not be drawing enough electrical current to signal the safety gas valve to open. Samsung's Flex Duo system uses a physical partition to split the oven into two temperature zones. There is a small microswitch in the back wall that detects when the divider is inserted. Over time, grease and heat can cause this switch to stick or fail. We replace the partition switch to restore your dual-oven functionality.

Continuous clicking happens when the spark module fails to detect the flame. This is usually due to a dirty or wet spark electrode (often after a spill or cleaning), a misaligned burner cap, or a failing ignition switch harness underneath the control knobs. We clean the ignition system and test the harness to stop the clicking.

If an electric radiant burner goes straight to maximum heat regardless of where you set the knob, the infinite switch (the control behind the knob) has shorted out internally. This is a fire hazard. The extreme heat of the self-cleaning cycle (which can exceed 800°F) often causes the door lock motor assembly to fail or trips a safety thermal fuse, killing power to the lock mechanism.
