This is a very common issue indicating an unbalanced load. While it can happen if you wash heavy blankets on one side, frequent DC/UR errors mean the suspension rods (springs) holding the tub have worn out. If the tub bounces too much, a safety switch stops the machine. We replace all four suspension rods to restore balance.

If the tub is full but nothing moves, the drive motor isn't getting the right signal. In Samsung models, this is frequently caused by a faulty Motor Hall Sensor (which tracks the motor's speed), a snapped drive belt, or a burned-out motor inverter board.
