On Wolf systems, slow flow is often due to the "crema valve" in the brewing spout being clogged with coffee oils, or the grind being set too fine. Before replacing the pump, we disassemble and clean the dispensing head and adjust the grinder settings to balance flow rate and extraction.

Wolf coffee systems rely on a precise mixture of steam and air. If the milk is sputtering or flat, the tiny air intake valve (venturi) in the frothing nozzle is likely clogged with dried milk residue. We disassemble and chemically clean the frother assembly to restore that rich, barista-quality foam.

This is a frequent issue caused by wet or dirty metal contacts at the back of the plastic tray. The machine uses electrical continuity to "feel" the water level. If the contacts are damp or corroded, the machine thinks the tray is still full. We clean the contacts and check the wiring harness to resolve this false error.

If the hopper is full, you are likely using oily dark-roast beans which stick to the sides and don't slide into the grinder. Alternatively, a small stone or debris might have jammed the burrs. We can clean the optical bean sensors and calibrate the grinder to handle oily beans better, or replace the ceramic burrs if damaged.
