Dual Fuel ranges use a motorized faceplate that flips down. If the ribbon cable connecting the display to the control board gets pinched or wears out from movement, communication is lost. We can replace the data cable and secure it properly so the motorized panel works reliably.

On 48" models, the smaller "companion" oven gets used less often. Failures here are often due to a stuck door latch switch (since it sits idle) or a relay board issue. We test the specific circuit for the companion oven to ensure your full capacity is ready for holiday cooking.

Wolf’s patented Dual-Stacked burners use a lower tier for simmering. If the flame flickers or dies on low, the lower ports are clogged or the low-flame adjustment screw on the valve is set too lean. We calibrate the gas flow to ensure you can melt chocolate without scorching it.

This is a known issue called "crazing," often caused by the extreme heat of the Self-Clean cycle expanding the metal faster than the porcelain. While small flakes are usually cosmetic, extensive damage can expose the metal. We recommend avoiding the Self-Clean feature to prolong the liner's life and can replace the bottom panel if the damage is severe.

Wolf gas ranges use a ceramic infrared broiler for steakhouse-quality searing. If you see a faint glow but no "whoosh" of flame, the hot surface igniter is likely weak—it gets warm enough to glow but not hot enough to open the gas safety valve. We replace the igniter to restore that 1800°F searing heat.
